6/10/16 Started yeast at about 7:30 pm. Used 1500 ml. water to 1 cup DME (5.5oz.) giving me an O.G. of 1.048. Put in a 1/4t. yeast nutrient just to help it along and set on stir plate.6/11/16 Yeast is coming along well at 1:00pm. Started with step 1 of instructions at 2:30. Pitched yeast at 5:30.
