trying brew in bag - mash in blue cooler, heat sparge water in boil kettle (3 gal) to about 175 pull bag from cooler let sit in kettle for 10 mins, then drain into separate pan, add cooler wort to kettle and raise to boil, about 5 gal total before boil (perhaps a bit much - overestimated loss associated with grain absorption)0.5 oz Centennial after 10 mins (extra sitting around)hop stand for 40 mins once cooled to 180OG 1.065, though volume seems short, perhaps 2.5 gal at most - boiling much ...

1.034 gravity at 130 pre-boil ~5gal volume (overdid it on sparge volume), 1.048 adjusted for temp(3.5 to sparge rather than 3.1), guessing a bit below on the necessary boil time (75) and boil loss/hr (1.25)0.25 Citra added after 20 min (so 55 from end if 75 total)0.50 after 60 so maybe 15 from endgas tank empty after about 65, so we'll just have to see what happens from here ;-)hop stand at about 170 for 30 minsgravity post boil and cooling very disappointing 1.044??, a little over 3 gal to ...
