Beautiful sunny day. 60 degrees out, perfect brewing day.Heated strike water to 168 degrees. Mash temp was 153 degrees. Only lost 1 degree in the mash cycle.Sparged at 170 degrees. Water made it to temp right when I was done draining the mash.I ended up with a lot more wort than expected for the boil.
