No boil, no chill, higher ABV, more unfermentables to raise FG. Pitch - 6/9 Cold Crash - 6/15 Keg - Tap - OG: 9.0 FG: 5.0 Notes: low OG prob due to not a confluence of low enzymes, high mash temp, low mash time. Forgot Campden until mash started, then mixed it in. Brewed with Josh. Maybe touch of diacetyl? I didn't raise the ferm temp, so maybe didn't clean up? Def no DMS.
