Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Mash @65C for 30 min than up the temp to 70C for the final 45 min
2.
Add pre cooked rice to the top of grain bed (tends to plug mash tun)
3.
Flaked rice not necessary. Make rice as usual but double water. eg.) 1 cup rice to 3 cups water. drain excess water than add to mash tun.
4.
For upping temp just add 76C water stirring until desired temp is reached.
5.
2 weeks primary. Rack into 2nd for 2 weeks. keg and set pressure @ 15 psi for 3 weeks. ramp up press to 30 psi for 3 days than chill and serve.
