A easy almost SMASH house beer i have on T ifap for my buddies.A plain jane and great for parties (Beer pong and drinking games). Don't hate me for this ;) I know its not a Lager. A nice cheap beer works out to $.35 for a can of beer Canadian.

Mash Steps

No mash steps in this recipe

Special Instructions

1.
Mix Jasmin rice and 80 grams 6 row with 2L water.
2.
Add rice gruel and remaining 6 row together Mash @65C for 30 min than up the temp to 70C for the final 30 min

Add hops per boil times above
4.
Add LME at flameout to prevent burning and darkening top off wort to 2 gallons if necessary
5.
Pour off wort into carboy or bucket and top off with 4 gallons cold water from fridge
6.
Pitch yeast and ferment for 14 days keeping between
7.
Dry hop @ 7 Days
8.
Raise temp to 70C and hold for 15 min. Than bring to full boil for 30 min stirring constantly. You want a consistency of gruel. Add water if needed
