Special Instructions

1.
Mash in at 155 for 1 hour, stir halfway through
2.
Flameout hops should be added during the "whirlpool"
3.
Empty out trub on day 7 before dry hopping and strip hop pellets in
4.
Empty out hop pellets on day 10 before 2nd dry hop, then stir in
5.
Maybe take a gallon out and do a third dry hop with Vicki's Hops
6.
Figure out how much water to mash with????? in order to start boil with 5 gallons
