Light beer. OG likely to be high 030's if attaining reasonable efficiency and not putting more than 6 gallons in the fermenter. Mashing at low temp using AE in secondary should take FG to near 1.000 and ABV pushing above 4.0 with 5.5 gals in bottles. I'm substituting a couple pounds of extra 2 row for 6 row in this recipe since I my local supply shop no longer carries 6 row. Alternatively, use 2 lbs of 6 Row and cut the Carapils and a pound of 2 row.
