Special Instructions

1.
Create yeast starter 2 days before brew
2.
Mash 70 minutes @ 147F
3.
Heat the sugar with water just enough to make a syrup and a teaspoon of lemon juice (lemon will help invert the sugar)
4.
After 30 minutes the sugar will turn a light yellow color
5.
Wait the sugar to cool down before add
6.
Boil 90 minutes, adding the sugar after 15min and the hops at each time
