1.Create yeast starter 2 days before brew
2.Mash 70 minutes @ 147F
3.Heat the sugar with water just enough to make a syrup and a teaspoon of lemon juice (lemon will help invert the sugar)
4.After 30 minutes the sugar will turn a light yellow color
5.Wait the sugar to cool down before add
6.Boil 90 minutes, adding the sugar after 15min and the hops at each time
