Notes:
Forgot to put in 1.5 lbs of corn sugar.... But I got good Mash efficiency and attenuation was sufficient to make for good flavor. Force carbonating in keg to 4 volumes and then lager for 1 month at around 45-50F.

6.83% is final ABV... Missed 1.5 lbs of cane sugar from recipe... Flavor is still good with good attenuation and mash efficiency.
