Notes:
Solid in flavor, stronger and more to it than first time around. Still lacking carbonation and head retention

Notes:
flavor was solid, but extremely light. Lacking head retention and carbonation. Better sparging process needed but flavor is really pleasant. Great balance of hops and malt.
