Special Instructions

1.
Heat 6 gallons of water to 155 degrees
2.
Steep crystal/caramel malt & biscuit malt grains for 30 minutes
3.
Rinse grains with hot water & remove from pot
4.
Add LME and bring pot to boil
5.
Once boil is going start timer for 60 minutes
6.
15 minutes into the boil add the East Kent Golding Hops
7.
At 50 minutes put the immersion chiller in the pot to sterilize, and add the Gypsum or Whirlfloc tablet
8.
At flame out put the Fuggle hops in for 5 minutes to steep
9.
Chill wort rapidly
10.
Pitch the rehydrated yeast at 75 degrees
11.
Ferment for 5-7 days, then transfer to secondary fermenter for 2 weeks
