Special Instructions
1.Heat 3 gals of water
2.Steep specialty grains for 20 mins or until water reaches 170 degrees.
3.Remove grains
4.Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add Malt Extract. Return to a boil.
5.Add Cluster hops and boil for 60 mins.
6.Cool to 100 degrees quickly.
7.Fill primary with 2 gals of coldwater then poor in cooled Wort.
8.Top off if needed with cold water to 5 gals
9.Aerate wort by rocking.
10.Take O.G. reading.
11.When wort temp is 75 degrees, pitch yeast. Seal fermenter with fermentation lock.
