Special Instructions
1.Yeast starter 2-3 days before
2.Zest lime and roast 2 peppers 2 days before. Split peppers. Add zest and peppers to container and cover with tequilla. Add with 10 minutes left in boil
3.Split 4 peppers. Place peppers and lime fruit in container and cover with teguilla. Set aside until racking to 2nd fermenter.
4.On rack day, remove fruit and peppers and add to carboy. Strain tequilla to remove seeds. Add tequilla to carbor. Rack brew.
