Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Add 1.18L filtered water at 188ºF (87ºC) to grains.
2.
Add 5mL (1 t) Gypsum to water at start of mash.
3.
Hold in 160ºF (71ºC) oven for 1 hour.
4.
Sparge directly onto extract with 13.88L filtered water at 160ºF (71ºC), collecting a total of 14.69L into the kettle.
5.
Add hops according to schedule.
6.
Add 2mL (1/4 t) Irish Moss at 10min remaining in boil.
