Mash 60 min @ 66 Celsius

Let flameout hops stand (or whirlpool) 20 mins before chilling

Water treatment to soften: 200 ppm cloride 100-150 ppm sulfate 130-150 calcium

London Ale III give soft, juicy, fruity ale. You can use US-05 instead.
5.
In my system I use 28 liters for mash and 12 liters for sparging (BIAB). I get 29 liters in kettle and 25 liters in fermentor.
