Special Instructions
1.Strike grains with 9.5 litres (2.51 gal) of water at 72.5 °C (162.5 °F).
2.Mash at 67 °C (152 °F) for 60 min.
3.Rinse the grain in 4.5 litres (1.15 gal) sparge water at 75.5 °C (168 °F).
4.Drain the grain bag and combine the mash and sparge water to make 3 gal wort.
