1 hour sparge, 4:00p -9:30p brewday. also brewed with Z in the AM. The Jalepenos in the boil smelled great. very little if any jalepeno detected in the sample. in ferm chamber set to 64-66* and holding. <2" krosin after 3 days. 1/16/2016 - SG is 1.020. will rack to second and leave at room temp. 1/22/2016 - added 2 jalapenos chopped with steam removed1/28/2016 - cold crashed and removed jalapenos kegged 1/30/20162.9.16 bottled
