First taste after forced carbonation. Beer not clare at all. May be a little too much caramel taste. Have to go down on those malts. Makes the beer have a little too much sweetness, even though having a low FG. Will add som more aromahops at 15 and 5 min, and maybe some more at 0 min. Its a good beer, but have to change the recepie a bit to perfection. A little too little taste and smell of hops. Maybe I should have some even more fruity hops added. Will make a clone and do my changes...
Two weeks and three days fermentation. FG at 1007, a little low. Used a hop-bag when filling two new 10-litres kegs. Got about 19 litres. Tasted one spoon, could have been more hops? Will taste after forced carbonation tomorrow. Had two teaspoons of gelantine, hopefully it will make the beer more clare.
Ended with 21,6 litres to fermentation. Made the other half with no hops to equalize from yesterday. OG at 1065 after first time boil in bag. Hopefully the beer did not affect from my mistake.
Wort finished today, yeast added. Made half the receipe. About 11 litres. Hops wouldnt filtrate, so left them in the wort. Looks promising. Will hop dry when the yeast has calmed down.
