Looks good! I like the simple grain bill and those Centennial hops will be perfect! What temp are you going to mash at?

I'm brewing Sunday. I'm going to mash at 154.

It ended up mashing at 148. The OG was waaaaaay low at 1.064. I can't figure out how it got that low, unless I didn't weigh out the grains properly. The scale at the LHBS is off, but I compensated for it, so I don't know. The crush was good.

I brewed this one a second time. My OG is low at 1.076, but the WLP001 was a monster, and my FG was 1.008. Bottled on 3/23. I pulled a taste yesterday from a 12 oz bottle and it is coming along nicely. Not clear but I'm getting a 2 inch head and nice lacing.
