Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Steep the grains at 155F for 30 minutes
2.
Add Dried Malt Extract and bring to a boil
3.
Boil Hallertau for 60 minutes
4.
Add Irish Moss and Fuggle Hops and boil for 1 Minute
5.
Place in ice bathAdd the Honey when cooled to 120F
6.
Cool to 70F
7.
Move the wort to your carboy and add the yeast
8.
Ferment between 68F and 72F for 3 weeks
