This is a completely custom Irish Red I recently brewed. About another week in the secondary fermenter before I bottle. I'll post my own comments in the near future, but feel free to make your own comments in the mean time.
Expecting it to be on the low end of the sweet side and low bittering, with a hint of a toasty finish.

FYI, You can setup a brew session for your recipe and add gravity measurements, tasting notes, etc. Just click the brew this button.
