Ambient temp outside is 50-60 F.Pitched yeast when wort was still around 82-6 F as ice bath failed and boil kettle is only 3 gallons meaning wort chiller does not fit. After 8 hours, air-lock was bubbling moderately. Temp in ferment room 63-5 F.Did not make a starter.
