2.Add 11q of water @ 188F (150F) for 30 minutes
3.Mashout @ 170F to achieve 6.5 gallons of wort
4.Boil for 90 minutes, adding hops, syrup (15 minutes), Irish moss, and nutrients
5.Chill to 64F, pitch yeast, ferment @ 68F for 4 weeks in primary
