Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains in 6 qts. water at 153 F for 45 min.
2.
Remove grains and slowly wash with 1 gal hot water.
3.
Transfer wort to brew kettle and top off to make 6 gal in brew kettle.
4.
Ferment at 68 F for one week or until signs of fermentation have died down.
5.
Rack to a secondary vessal and cool beer to 60 F. Condition for an additional two weeks, adding dry hops for the final 10 days of conditioning.
6.
Carbonate to 2.4 volumes of CO2
