Special Instructions

1.
Heat 10.5 gal water (2/3 RO, 1/3 filtered) to 169F
2.
Hold temp at 155.5 for 90 minutes, stirring every 30
3.
Heat 17.5 gallons water (2/3 RO, 1/3 filtered ) to 174F
4.
After 90 min raise temp to 167F start sparge
5.
Add hops according to schedule
6.
Rolling boil for 90 minutes. Add 3 whirlfloc tabs when 20 minutes are left in the boil. Whirlpool after flameout
7.
Cool and pitch 38 grams Safale 04 or repitch as available
