Plan was to dilute a concentrated wort post-boil with bottled water to reach my target OG. I was aiming at 1.052 for 17L however my gravity must've been quite lower than I needed since I reached target OG at 14.8L. I didn't want to thin it anymore and didn't have any DME handy to balance the OG, so it is what it is!OG 1.052FG 1.0233.81% ABV
