Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains @ 155F for 1 hour in 2 gal. water. In another kettle, boil 2.5 gal. water.
2.
Remove from heat source, Combine steeped grains, LME and Simcoe hops. Bring to boil & start 60 min. timer.
3.
Add 1 TSP. clove & Calypso hops w/45 min. left, Hopshot hops w/30 min. left, 1 oz. Hallertau w/15 min. left.
4.
Cool wort to 90F & rack to primary fermenter. Add 1 oz. Hallertau hops. Fill w/ water to 5 Gal. Pitch yeast starter@ 85F.
5.
7-10 days in primary, Rack to secondary 7-10 days, bottle or keg.
