Special Instructions
1.Mash Grains for 20 mins and 158F
2.Boil all ingrediants execpt the 1lb raw sugar for 60 mins follow hop schedule
3.1 one packet of Belgian Abbey II yeast and place in primary fermentation for 7 days
4.After primary fermentation boil 1lb raw sugar in 2 cups of water and add with batch in secondary fermenter. Then add second packet of yeast and ferment for 14 days.
5.Allow batch to rest for 4 weeks.
6.Boil priming sugar with 2 cups of water. Add to Bottleing bucket and bottle your brew.
