Special Instructions

1.
Mash Grains for 20 mins and 158F
2.
Boil all ingrediants execpt the 1lb raw sugar for 60 mins follow hop schedule
3.
1 one packet of Belgian Abbey II yeast and place in primary fermentation for 7 days
4.
After primary fermentation boil 1lb raw sugar in 2 cups of water and add with batch in secondary fermenter. Then add second packet of yeast and ferment for 14 days.
5.
Allow batch to rest for 4 weeks.
6.
Boil priming sugar with 2 cups of water. Add to Bottleing bucket and bottle your brew.
7.
Allow it to condition for 5 weeks.
