Special Instructions

Pitch yeast at 50F. Try to keep between 50F and 55F, using swamp cooler.

Diacetyl rest at 60F on day 10 for 3 days.

Day 14 transfer to secondary. Slowly lower temp until 34F. Lager for 6weeks
