Original gravity came in at 1.045, lower than the expected 1.050. boil loss was nearly 1 gallon. pre-boil gravity was 1.033. FG came in at 1.004, corrected to 60 degrees was 1.005. which means an 89% attenuation and 5.25% ABV. Nice light color going into bottle. Used candy drops - 1 drop into 12 oz bottle. Brewed 9/5, into secondary on 9/13, bottled on 9/19. Tried it on 10/2, it was still pretty flat. Tried again on 10/10/2015, much better, starting to get more carbonated. Will ...
