Notes:

Not a fan of this beer. Beer is way too sweet. Wondering if its the hop combination or if I used too much Caramel/Crystal hops that turned it sweet. I don't think it was mash temp as I hit 150. Next time might reduce some caremel/crystal grains and change the hops.
