Special Instructions

1.
Heat 6.5 gallons strike water to 162 degrees.
2.
Mash grains at 155 degrees x 30 minutes.
3.
Drain & rinse grains with 170 degree water.
4.
Mix in LME.
5.
Bring wort to boil.
6.
Add 1.5 oz hallertau hops for 60 minute boil.
7.
15 minutes: Add .5 oz hallertau hops, wort chiller, whirlfloc tablet, yeast nutrient.
8.
Pitch yeast at 75 degrees. Ferment for 7 days at 65-70 degrees.
9.
Transfer to secondary fermenter for 7-14 days.
