All Grain Plus Extract homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: Bohemian Pilsner - DE, Bonlander Munich - US, CaraMunich - BE, Melanoidin Malt - US, Liquid Malt Extract - Light - US, Hallertau Hops, Fermentis Safale US-05 Homebrew Yeast.
11% - Bohemian Pilsner - DE
11% - Bonlander Munich - US
5% - Melanoidin Malt - US
63% - Liquid Malt Extract - Light - US

Heat 6.5 gallons strike water to 162 degrees.
Mash grains at 155 degrees x 30 minutes.
Drain & rinse grains with 170 degree water.
Add 1.5 oz hallertau hops for 60 minute boil.
15 minutes: Add .5 oz hallertau hops, wort chiller, whirlfloc tablet, yeast nutrient.
Pitch yeast at 75 degrees. Ferment for 7 days at 65-70 degrees.
Transfer to secondary fermenter for 7-14 days.
