Ballantine carried the hoppy torch for many years with their Ballantine IPA. You can try to recreate that classic amber-colored beer with this recipe. BYO recipe. Adjusted the hop amounts to get to the correct IBU of 62, and grain amounts to keep the ABV 7.4 % percent. SRM is roughly the same.
