Mash 50 minutes pull out the grain to another pot with boiling water, kept it for 10 minutes (sort of decoction ) then added wort to the main pot to start the wort boil for 90 minutes. OG 1.060 - Jan 19 2024 fermentation at 16 C / 60F, I do not have space in the fridge and the cold cellar is too cold (35F)
