Brew Session: Mositric Fall Pale Ale

Mashed in at 9:22am, started recirculation. Stirred the mash twice, at 20min in and 45min in. Mashed out at 170 for 15min. Run off to brew kettle took about 19min. Preboil gravity was a bit high at 1.065. At the end of boil had 6.2 gals at 1.075. Got 5.8 gals. in the fermenter.
