Special Instructions

Mash in with 4.3 gal of 165 deg strike water for a mash temp of 154. Hold for 1 hr.

Begin vorlauf/recirculation for 15 min, then pull to boil pot. Begin sparge with 5.1 gal of 170 deg water once level is within 1-2" of the top of the grain bed.
3.
Boil volume 7.7 gal, 90 min boil, adding hops at required intervals.
