Notes:

I left the mango fruit in the beer for 6 days to infuse flavor. After 6 days, I transferred the beer to another glass container with an airlock and let it refine for 20 days. Bottling, I added 1/2 teaspoon of table sugar to each bottle for carbonation. I sipped a bit of the beer and noticed a sweet and pleasant mango flavor. Sounds like it’s going to be a refreshing brew. Now, waiting for the beer to carbonate fully.
