7 1/4 gallons of strike water @170 degreesTransferred to Mash 2.90 while stirring in Grain @ 150 degrees for 60 minutesHeated sparge water up to 170 degreesSparged remaining water Boiled for 60 minutes OG was 1.020Should have been around 1.050 for the OG. Think I missed my numbers because using a 15 gallon pot with such small amount of water, the thermometer is not touching the water. It is heating up with steam. I do not think temp was actually heating up to full needed temp.
