Mashing with ~1.5 gallons of campden-treated tap water.I have ~2.25 gallons of water in reserve for sparging.Mashed in ~149F and stirring while adding heat until the temp was around 151-152F.About 15 minutes into the mash I gave it a boost of heat to insure it was up around 152F.With about 20 minutes left in the mash, I bumped the temp up to ~156F.Raised the temp to 160 after 60 minutes, while sparge water heats up.Cooled the wort down to ~65-66.
