OG 1.038 FG 1.008 ABV ~3.94% Apparent Attenuation ~78%.Vienna is Weyermann Barke. Pilsner is Bestmalz.Going to start off with a beta glucan rest around 110F. Lots of smoked wheat in here. Will also be using rice hulls. Mashing with about 1.8 gallons of campden treated tap water. I have another 3.25 in reserve for sparging. Mashed in around 105 and added heat to get it up to 110.
