Special Instructions

1.
Washed, sliced Strawberries and ?tsp Pectic Enzyme. Simmer 60 mins

Dilute with 0.5 Gal Apple juice
3.
Add cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and orange peel. Bring to boil
4.
Turn off heat, add Dried Hibiscus. Steep 10 mins, lid on.
5.
Strain directly into fermenter, discard solids.
6.
Pour in Apple juice to achieve 5 Gal. Pour hard to oxygenate
7.
Add in Opti Malo Plus, yeast nutrient and pitch yeast
8.
Bottling day, add xylitol to taste, 4oz natural Strawberry exctract, 7.5oz corn sugar
