Brewed Sunday 6/23/24 Using up grain - mix of MO 6-Row 1.8 oz Sabro (2018) in the mash 2 oz Mosaic (2019) at 5 mins 2 oz Mosaic 2 oz Nectaron hop-stand - 1 each at 195 and 165* [2 oz Nectaron 1oz Nelson 1 oz Riwaka dry hop for 48 hours] OG was around 1057 at 80*, 1059 at 60* Might need to bump it up with some sugar pitched a slurry of Rob's yeast blend (50% Imperial Juice, 25% Omega Voss Kveik, 25% Omega Thiolized Conan) started it out warm around 78* at 11p-ish By next morning (9a) it was already fermenting at 72ish
