Special Instructions

1.
Water chemistry for 6.5 gal: 1.0 g gypsum, 2.0 g calcium chloride, 1.0 g magnesium

Water chemistry for 6.5 gal: 0.2 g Kosher salt, 2.0 g of ascorbic acid.
3.
Adjust pre-grain water pH = 6.0
4.
60 minute boil with hop additions as above. 220 V mode on the Anvil.
5.
Pitch a 1.5 litre yeast starter.
6.
Ferment at 55 F for 3 days. Raise 5 F on day 4. Raise 5 F on day 5.
