This is from a Norther brewer recipe. https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2785/6868/t/3/assets/AG-Witbier-1527036174429.pdf?12717208813154252632 I think their IBUs are WAY over the top. This is still too high for the style but I increased the grain bill so hopefully it balances out and this is like an Imperial Witbier.
