Special Instructions
1.Last 15 minutes wortchiller and Irish moss
2.Added boiling water towards end of boil to make 4 gallons so only 1 gallon would be needed after chilling wort. Also, in hopes of improving my history of low efficiency.
3.Forgot to add last ounce of hops at flame out. Added 48 minutes into chilling wort. Took approximately 1 hour to cool 4 gallons of wort.
4.Crystal 120 was used in place of Special B
5.2 packets of dry Nottingham yeast was used (sprinkled on top, not rehydrated) in place of London Ale yeast
