Special Instructions

1.
6.5g into brew kettle. 1st hop addition at start of boil. Second hop addition after 40min.

Flame out at 45 min. add 0.5 oz hops and chill to below 90F since using Kviek Yeast, 85-90F should be good.
3.
tfer to primary and pitch yeast.
