IPA style with a little chocolate malt for colour. Cornflakes (crunchy nut style) & Rolled Oats for mouth feel. Plus fresh pickedhomegrown hops. Fermentable's added to a converted coldbox with about 10ltr water at 72° C. Bittering hops are last years Fuggles home grown and frozen. yeast added Set -23. Cold Crashed 23-9-23
