Special Instructions

1.
8 lts spring water plus 8.5 lts tap water for mash. 1 hr at 65C
2.
Then to 70C for 10 mins mash-out. Then up to 77C for sparging
3.
Sparge with 15lts water (Tap water). Boil. First hops in at 60 mins
4.
Second hops in for 10mins. Half Protofloc tab added for 10 mins too
5.
22 lts collected - Yeast added at 20C 'Pure Brew' added at the same time. SG 1.054
6.
Fermenting very well after 24hrs.
7.
Racked off yeast 17th August SG1.020
8.
Bottled on 5th Sept. with 70 gms of Dex. SG1.011
