add 14L of water at 76 degrees
2.
drain mash tun. sparge at 76 degrees in 2 separate batches
3.
mash PH target of 5,4
4.
add 200g of cacao nibs with 5 min to go in the boil along with the lactose
5.
add 200g of cacao nibs ( that have been left in vodka) with 5 days into fermentation
6.
carbonation at 12,54 PSI and keep at 7C degrees
